Savills Appointed As The Property Manager At Hateco Group’s Latest Grade A Complex

On 30 December 2021, Savills Vietnam signed an agreement with Hateco Group to become the property management service provider at the Hateco Laroma mixed-use complex in central Ha Noi. This appointment marks the beginning of a long-lasting partnership between the two companies.

Hateco Laroma is a Grade A complex in central Ha Noi with offices, two- to four-bedroom apartments, and a shopping mall. It spans over 30 levels and has a four-level basement. The project also has a wide range of amenities, including a supermarket, a gym, a kindergarten, a spa, and restaurants.

With many components and utilities, this project has a diverse set of residents and tenants. With many years of experience across commercial, residential, and retail projects, Savills aims to provide professional, customer-oriented support and services for tenants, residents, and visitors at Hateco Laroma. When the project launches in Q1/2022, our experts will work closely with the developer to ensure smooth daily operations by attending to technical supervision, risk management, and third-party collaboration.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr Matthew Powell, Director of Savills Hanoi, shared: “This expansive complex requires unique operational solutions. With our in-depth and evolving understanding of the industry, we are confident that we can deliver seamless daily-basis experiences, which accommodate the diverse needs of the residents and occupiers at Hateco Laroma.”

As the market is currently experiencing high demands for premium real estate, Hateco Laroma will be a welcome addition to the market. This project’s high development standards, wide range of amenities and good infrastructure make it an attractive property for buyers and tenants.

Discussing the new partnership, Mr Hoang Dinh Tuan, Director of Hateco Group, shared: “At Hateco Laroma, we hope that tenants, residents, and visitors can enjoy the luxury offerings of the development. We believe that Savills Vietnam, with their expertise and professionalism, will refine the overall experience and will be beneficial to buyers and investors.”

“This marks the beginning of a long-term partnership between Hateco Group and Savills Vietnam. We believe our international management standards will match the premium nature of this property and will uphold Hateco Group’s values,” Mr Powell added.
