"Through my time with Savills Hanoi, I have a greater understanding of the decision-making processes of developers, and end users of real estate products. I’ve learned to ask the right questions and how to navigate the basic steps of how a developer finances a project, how an individual investor forecasts the potential cashflow of a product, and why certain policies are implemented in each province. My mentors never hesitated to provide me with guidance and extra resources to improve my market insights and my finance knowledge. My favorite experience was to conduct site inspections in other provinces where I had the chance to char with local residents, and brokers, on land prices, and quality og life in the area. It made me realize just how strong the connection is between people, culture, and Real Estate."
